In order to effectively solve investigations, law enforcement agents need to have access to all institutional knowledge and information so they can establish the relationships and links between criminals and activities and generate leads.
Intel L.E.A.D. is a data entry module that augments COPLINK’s criminal history information management capabilities by adding the ability to enter and manage intelligence information in compliance with 28 CFR part 23. With Intel L.E.A.D. authorized users are able to simultaneously search and access law enforcement and intelligence data in the COPLINK node to indentify relationships and patterns relevant to a particular investigation.
